Your account lives at /en/account. Tabs: Orders, Addresses, Wallet, Fine-gold fixing, Withdraw, Profile.

Sign in

Daily sign-in is mobile + password (at least 8 characters). Existing email accounts can still sign in with email + password. Repeated failures lock the form for a short time.

A 6-digit SMS code (10 minutes, 5 attempts) is for signup or password reset — not daily login. If SMS is off, the code may go to email.

Sign up

Request a code on your phone (or email if SMS is off).
Enter the code, then name, email, and password.

Guest or account?

Bars, jewellery, and products: guest checkout is allowed (name, email, phone).
Fine-gold fixing and bar withdrawal from the wallet: sign in at payment. The fixing countdown keeps running while you sign in.

After a guest order you can create an account from the tracking page to claim it.

Addresses

Addresses tab: pick a city, then district, street, building, and the national short code when asked. Labels are Home or Work. Bar withdrawal needs a saved address in the account holder’s name.

Bank accounts

Profile tab: save a Saudi IBAN only (SA + 22 characters). Selling gold to us and cash withdrawal reject a one-off IBAN typed at submit.
