Buying bars and tracking an order

Catalogue bars are priced from the live rate, then locked in the cart.

Price lock

After add-to-cart the line locks for ten minutes. When the lock dies the line is re-priced. If the total moves by more than half a percent you confirm the new figure before place. The tracking page shows the sealed total — it never recomputes from live spot.

A unique jewellery piece is held for fifteen minutes. The 10-minute price lock reseals inside that hold without dropping the piece.

Checkout

Cart, then checkout: city, address or a saved address, and a payment method.
A payment-method fee appears in the summary when configured. The server seals it — the browser cannot change it.
Bank transfer: you get a transfer reference. If a receipt is required, attach it before place (image or PDF, max 8 MB). Staff mark the transfer received on Reconciliation. Automatic reading of the slip is assist-only and never confirms payment.
Card: you are sent to the card page, then back to tracking.

Cash on delivery appears for product and bar orders when the house enables it. It is hidden on fine-gold fixing.
