Fine-gold fixing locks grams of fine gold at the house ask (spot × purity × fix margin). It is not a bar that ships. After staff confirm payment, grams credit the wallet ledger.

Without an account

Start on /en/fix while logged out. The lock is added to the cart. Sign in only at payment — the countdown keeps running. The “Fine-gold fixing” nav item for a logged-out visitor opens this page, not the account tab.

How to lock

1. Choose 18, 21, or 24 karat, then grams or a riyal amount.
2. Add to cart. Fixing is its own order — do not mix it with bars or jewellery.
3. Delivery is hold-in-wallet. Shipping is zero.
4. Pay by bank transfer or card. Cash on delivery is hidden here.

Payment window

The fixing lock is separate from the cart’s 10-minute price lock (that lock never re-prices a fixing line). Default payment window is 24 hours, then a 24-hour grace before auto-cancel. Money that arrives after expiry is cash “unapplied credit”, not gold. A partial payment never credits grams.

Expiry and re-fix

If the window ends with no payment you can lock today’s rate from the cart or the account fixing tab. Re-fix is offered only after the window, with zero received, and before grace cancel.

Grams in the wallet

Grams appear after staff confirm payment (bank reconciliation or the card webhook), not when the order is created. The statement shows “Fine-gold fixing” and “Payment offset”.
