Kinds

Sell gold to us — live bid; payout to your IBAN after fulfilment.
Cash withdrawal — from the cash balance to the IBAN. Not a gold sale.
Withdraw as bars — pick catalogue bars. Metal comes from your wallet. Making is paid at checkout. Leftover grams stay in the wallet.

In-store “physical piece” withdrawal in the old form is retired. Use bar withdrawal.

Bars: delivery and making

Sign in, choose a saved address in your name, and pay making in the cart like any order. Shipping follows the address city. Metal is taken from available grams when the order is placed.

Collection code

When staff approve, you receive a 6-digit code. Hand it over at collection. Five wrong tries lock the code; staff must issue a new one.

Cancel a pending request

You can cancel only while status is pending. After approval you cannot cancel from the account. Grams are held as soon as you submit; reject or cancel releases them.
